Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services, appointments, and what to expect during your visit.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with us without a referral. However, if you have medical reports or imaging (X-ray, MRI), please bring them—they help us understand your condition better.
How long is each session?
Initial assessment sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30–45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow the physiotherapist to access the area being treated. For back or lower body issues, shorts or track pants work well. For neck and shoulder issues, a comfortable top is fine.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies based on your condition, goals, and response to treatment. After your initial assessment, we'll give you an estimated treatment plan. Most patients see improvement within 4–8 sessions.
Is physiotherapy painful?
Some manual techniques or exercises may cause mild discomfort, but we always work within your tolerance. We'll communicate clearly and adjust treatment if needed. Pain relief is one of our primary goals.
Do you accept insurance?
Please contact us to inquire about insurance coverage. We can provide receipts and documentation for reimbursement. Payment is required at the time of the session.
Can I bring a family member or friend?
Yes. You're welcome to bring someone with you for support, especially for your first visit. Please inform us in advance if you need any special arrangements.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Contact us by phone or email to make changes.
